Adventures Build Character (A.B.C.)
This program is for all 6th grade students at Sunset Ridge School. This 12 session adventure-based education program uses group activities to help students learn, develop, and demonstrate skills needed to experience a healthy adolescenece. The A.B.C. Program continues in an all day outside adventure at our Challenge Course.
After-School Programs
The Department of Youth Services offers a variety of after-school programs at several elementary schools (contingent on funding) within the Town.

Wilderness School
East Hartford Youth Services refers and prepares eligible youth between the ages of 13 - 16 for the CT Wilderness School for a 7-day and/or 20-day adventure program.
