The Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for the Town of East Hartford is located at the East Hartford Police Department. All public safety resources including police, fire, and emergency medical service personnel are dispatched from this location.
The continuing goals of the Public Safety Communications Department are: to provide a high level of professional public safety dispatching services; to continue to comply with federal, state, and local laws pertaining to PSAP functions; and to obtain maximum performance and efficiency from both human and material resources. |
