	The Planning and Zoning Commission shall consist of seven (7) voting members and three (3) ex-officio members as follows: the Mayor, Town Engineer and Director of Development. No more than four of the voting members of the Commission shall be members of the same political party. The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month in Town Hall. Please check the Community Calendar on this website's homepage for any updated changes in meeting times or dates. Please note that meetings are called at the discretion of the Chairperson of the Commission.
