Important Information
- All trips require payment in full at the time of registration.
- Names of guests must be included with registrations.
- Seating on the bus is assigned. If yo uwish to be seated next to other people in your party, you must indicate this preference on the registration form. Seats are assigned in the order that resistrations are received. If groups registers, members of their party on separate dates, it may result in scattered seating on the bus.
- A complete name is required for all registrants.
- The Parks & recreation Department will issue NO REFUNDS unless a trip is cancelled.
- Smoking is prohibited on the motorcoaches. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the motorcoaches.
- All trips are via deluxe motor coach.
- Trip prices are per person unless otherwise stated and do not include driver gratuity unless stated.
- All departures are from the Town Hall Parking Lot, 740 Main Street, unless otherwise stated.
Holidays In Manhattan & Little Italy
Saturday, December 12th
Here's a chance to see New York in its holiday splendor. Includes multiple morning drop-off points, a stop at Bryant Park and free time to enjoy the myriad of holiday vendors or the shops and sites in the vicinity, lunch in Little Italy at SPQR Restaurant with a choice of chicken parmesan, grilled salmon or veal marsala, guided riding and walking tour starting in Little Italy with sops along the way highlighting Rockefeller Center, the Tree, Tavern On The Green, 5th Avenue Windows and Lincoln Center. The driver and guide gratuities are included with the cost of the trip.

TERRA COTTA WARRIORS, WASHINGTON D.C.
Friday, November 27th through Sunday, November 29th
Departs from Town Green, 50 Chapman Pl., Fri., Nov., 27, includes special ancient Chinese Terra Cotta Warrior exhibit, 2 nights at Crowne Plaza Hotel Crystal City, vists to Smithsonian Institute and Mt Vernon, 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners, deluxe motorcoach transportation. This is a combined group trip, so no minimum number of passengers from East Hartford are required for the trip to proceed.

Fee: $409 pp for twin/triple or $529 for single
$15 non-refundable deposit for timed ticket to exhibit is required at time of registration
