	LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD DEPARTMENT OF INSPECTIONS & PERMITS Bonnie Nichols,Director/Inspections & Permits The revised fees schedule for building, demolition and moving of structures permits and issuance of Rooming House licenses was approved Tuesday, August 7, 2001 by the East Hartford Town Council and shall become effective September 1, 2001, as follows:

Building Permit Fees (Department of Inspections & Permits)

7-4	Permit Application* (estimated value of work - first $1,000)	$20
	Each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof	$15
(*permit application fees include State education fee of $0.16/$1,000 valuation)
	Certificate of Use and Occupancy - Residential	$10
	Certificate of Use and Occupancy - Commercial	$20
	30 day Temporary Certificate of Use and Occupancy	$50
	Each 30 day renewal; Temporary Certificate of Use and Occupancy	$150

Demolition Fees (Department of Inspections & Permits)

7-22(d)	Permit Application (Assessor's valuation of building - first $10,000)	$20
	Each additional $1,000 valuation	$4

Moving of Buildings and Structures (Department of Inspections & Permits)
