Dial-A-Ride: You’ve heard the term, now find out about all the transportation services that are available for East Hartford older adults and persons with disabilities. All transportation services are free, and no one should be going without a ride.
Health Insurance Assistance and ConnPACE: This presentation includes information and assistance about Medicare, Medicaid (Title 19), Long Term Care Insurance, ConnPACE, and other related federal and state programs.
Caregiving: Whether you are a spouse, adult child, or other relative or friend, caregiving can be a stressful undertaking. This presentation will provide information on services and programs which can help to ease the caregiving burden.
Home Care Options: Find out about the different levels of care available in your home such as companions, homemakers, personal care assistants, and live-in care.
