Sign Application -1227 Burnside Avenue, Panel replacement of one wall sign and one ground sign to an existing commercial building. “Burnside Liquor Depot, Wine, Liquor, Beer, Lotto”
Applicant: Srinivas Mothe
Upon a motion by Denise Horan, seconded by John Choquette it was voted unanimously to approve the application as submitted.
Sign Application – 1022 Burnside Ave, Installation of ground sign, wall sign and canopy sign to an existing commercial building.

Upon a motion by Denise Horan, seconded by John Choquette it was voted unanimously to approve the application provided the LED price sign does not exceed one half foot candle light level at the property line.
Site Plan Application – 800 Connecticut Boulevard, Installation of an electric generator and concrete pad to an existing office building.
Applicant: BKM Total Office
It was the consensus of the Committee to place this item on next weeks agenda pending revised plans.
Site Plan Application – 363 Roberts Street A.K.A Holiday Inn, Façade renovation and new signs to an existing hotel.
